Special Announcement – Premier Baseball has hired retired professional scouts to cover the all the games during the first 2 days in the 17/18 bracket in Joplin. They will compile ratings of all the players on all the teams. That information will be made available to any college coach who requests it.
Joplin Premier World Series
The Premier World Series held in Joplin, Missouri will consist of 3 different age groups. There will be a 15U bracket, a 16U bracket and a Junior/Senior bracket
Tournament will consist of 5 games in pool play and the opportunity to play for a Championship on Sunday.
Coaches Meeting and Check In
There will be a Coaches Meeting on Wednesday, July 13 at 7:30 at the La Quinta Inn 3320 S Rangeline Rd. Joplin, MO. 64804. The schedules will be announced at the Coaches Meeting. Games will begin at 8:30 on Thursday morning. All teams should be prepared to play then. The plan is for each team to play 2 games on Thursday.
Coaches will need to bring a printed roster to the meeting. The roster that is turned in Wednesday night will be the playing roster for the event. Players are not required to attend the Check In. 17/18 Division teams will receive special instructions as to how their schedules need to be formatted.
Gate Fee
Each team will be responsible for paying a one time gate fee of $450 in lieu of individuals having to pay each day at the different sites. This will be much cheaper for our families and eliminate the hassle of remembering to bring your tournament pass to each game
